Terms and Legal Policy

Big Events safety standards for helium parade balloons is such that we do not advise flying a parade balloon when winds are 21 mph and above.

Rental Terms are 50% deposit with signed Agreement and balance due by shipping date.
FOB San Diego.

Made To Order Terms are 50% deposit with Order and balance due by shipping date.
FOB San Diego.

Parade Balloon rental terms are 50% with signed Agreement and balance due one hour
before parade start. If weather prohibits use of inflatables, a usage fee is the same as the Agreement amount.

New Balloon Warranty is for materials and workmanship and is for one year unless
otherwise specified.

Big Events Inc. inflatable designs and artwork are copyrighted and unauthorized use of
balloon photos and/or art work is strictly prohibited.
